A Career Without Limits

With a mix of Strength and Cardio exercises, we provide a workout for your whole body. Once qualified you may be able to find a route into the fitness industry as an apprentice. However, we recommend you complete a second year of study with us by taking the Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training. Complete Maths and English qualifications to ensure you are qualified to enter the industry and progress to a Level 3 course.

Some activities will develop your skills of leadership, communication, teamwork and resilience that will help you in your future employment. We hope to help you to develop a set of go-to ‘wellbeing tools’ that you know will help you in your future studies, at work and in life. However our mental health also greatly benefits from physical activity; it increases the endorphins created in our bodies which are good for relieving ‘exam stress’ and anxiety.
